3D PROS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

3D Pros will not ship to : APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or any other location outside of the contiguous United States of America

If a 3D printing shipment is delayed 3D Pros will contact the customer via E-mail to notify the customer. If the products or services purchased are not available at the time of the transaction 3D Pros will contact the customer via E-mail to either issue a full refund or delayed shipment. 3D scanning products will be delivered via E-mail.

3D Pros will contact the customer via E-mail if the purchased product will not be delivered in the originally agreed time-frame. The E-mail will contain the new anticipated delivery time-frame and give them an opportunity to cancel their payment.
